A Back-to-School Celebration Rooted in Unity and Resistance

This is not just a back-to-school event — It’s a movement.

A call for every Boricua — from Loíza to Canóvanas, from the diaspora to the island — to rise up for our youth. ⸻

Why We’re Doing This?

Our children are returning to classrooms with fewer resources, fewer schools, and less support. In places like Loíza and Canóvanas, full of history, heart, and resilience, our kids deserve more than neglect.

 They deserve to feel:
• Proud of who they are
 • Prepared for the year ahead
 • Supported by their community

What We’re Building This summer? We’re launching the first annual “Niño Boricua, Mochila Llena Fun Fair!” A community-powered celebration filled with:

•  Games 
  
•  Face painting
  
•  Music 
  
•  Photo booth 
• Love & Laughter 

 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!
Every child will receive a backpack filled with school supplies.
